TOUR MANAGEMENT AND TOURING

Management Experience:

Hillock Productions has more than seven years of solid experience of touring with rock bands across Europe. This includes a range of responsibilities:

  1. Booking of tour schedules with agents, bookers and venues
  2. Establishing agreements with bookers and venues and constructing and negotiating legal agreements with bookers
  3. Identification of back-line and technical requirements
  4. Development of logistics plan - choosing flights, ferries and road transport (includes cars, vans, splitters and nightliners), hotels and riders, creating route plans and producing tour manuals
  5. Negotiating promotional programmes with venues and bookers
  6. Ensuring crew available for load in/load out
  7. Physical management (including driving) of the transport
  8. Negotiating and booking tour support
  9. Acting as on site manager and stage manager
  10. Developing a merchandise plan and delivering it, including sourcing of merchandise, stock control, cash control
  11. Collection of fees and payment of artistes, bands and tour crew
  12. Management of press and media activity (radio, TV and print interviews)
  13. Arranging recording of performances
  14. Providing tour security
  15. Where appropriate and necessary, liaising with record companies for tour support
